As
per your request, the following attachments contain the additional
information you requested for Akbas Auto LLC. I believe he received his
lic. on or around July 7th 2014, but I may be a couple of days off. I
will provide you with all of the information I have (which is a thick
file full of receipts, estimates, pictures and text message
correspondence between [redacted] Akbas (owner). The 7 month [very accurate]
timeline details are also available if you need them.
Short version:
I
found Akbas while searching for someone to change the head gasket on a
1996 [redacted]. The work had to be completed within 3 days and at a
reasonable price. Once complete my test drive was to drive it over the
Rocky Mountains into Denver, as a gift for my brother, and pass Co state
emissions. If all went well, I told him he would do the head-gasket on
my vintage 72 [redacted] when I returned to CA
Akbas did a fantastic job on the [redacted]
head gasket and it made the long trip to it's new owner (my bro who is still driving it today).
Keeping
my promise, I had my [redacted] towed to his shop and he quoted the repair.
That's when [redacted] Akbas made the decision to get as much money as he
could for the Jag repair by lying, cheating, stealing, manipulating me. I
have all of the proof to support these allegations.
By
the time [redacted] gave the car back he was had convinced me to rebuild
the engine, little by little, and he let me from one thing to another.
Turns out he didn't do ANY of the work he had been paid to do - he faked
all of it and stole parts off the car. Again, I have proof. I finally
have the car back and now it has no compression in the entire left-side
cylinder. Its as if he never even took the left head off at all, much
less replaced both heads due to a one was cracked. Take a moment to call me with any questions you might have.

Review: This is new to Orange County having been run out of Texas for the same [stealing, lying and cheating] that he's done to me and many others. Charging for work he will never do.Had my car for 6 months - got it back wouldn't start & in pieces/missing parts.He stole working parts from my car and replacing them with broken ones.He uses false compassion and concern WHILE ripping you off.[redacted] Akbas is MASTER liar & thief who knows exactly what to say to lead you into a spending trap. He side-steps consumer protection measures so that he can con you out of your money and steal from you in ways you won't know about until later. This company is like those you see on the new. Run by the worst of humans, he deserves long-term incarceration, away from the trusting public he preys on. I will do my best to put him there, but in the meantime....consider yourself warned.See reviews by others about this man & his previous companies:Abes Automotive (while Mr. Akbas owned it back in Texas in 20)Desired Settlement: I would love to (am will try my best) have him thrown in jail for wrecking my motor. He has no way to pay back the thousands and thousands of dollars he took from me. Nor do I believe he can return the parts he stole off my vintage Jaguar (despite having serial numbers and proof). He is simply unqualified and shouldn't be allowed to change oil, so he was never capable of repairing my car in the first place...only destroying it. I would NEVER let this man around me or my car again..
