AKDY

I purchased a range hood from AKDY and have been in communication with them since May about replacing the range hood lights that burnt out. They referred me to ebay to make the purchase and told me what to order. I have been sent the wrong replacement bulbs TWICE and customer service has been absolutely terrible. I can't get anyone to respond or address my concern and I my house has sold and closed and the new owners are upset that the bulbs still haven't been replaced. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service and I dont' know how this company is still in business. I am literally begging them to respond yet noone does. DO NOT buy anything AKDY!

After a house fire we had our contractor purchase and install a AKDY Shower System. It isnt even 2 years old and the Shower head is broken and we can not use it. water sprqys out the sides instead of down. The whole thing is about to fall apart. This shower systen cost us around $250. It should hold up longer for this kind of money
