Bought a Maax piece tub surround Looked rough coming out of box so I called their "customer service" to clarify if this product was in an acceptable condition Their response - simply install according to directions and if it doesn't work out submit a warranty claim I am not about to mess up an installation and then get into a finger pointing everybody blaming everybody else after the fact mess So I went to their web site and requested info on how to submit photos of the questionable areas of the surround I am still waiting for a response from the company Apparently there is little/no interest in a simple logical way to determine the quality status of this particular productPoor product quality control and non existent customer service is a very bad duo I would steer way clear of products made by this company!
Our latest communication with the Customer was Oct4th 2016, at that time it was agreed that Customer was going to get with her Installer once she returns to Florida on Oct15thMaax has also had communication with her Installer on Oct4th as wellVerbally it appears we may be agreeing to replacing product and will work with both Customer and Installer on the details once Customer returns to Florida on Oct15th

Bought a jet tub made by this company off mutual wholesale in Huntington maintence man said defective tub won't replace with new out in my garage been two months not fixed yet leaked on new wood floor ruined my floor have contacted this company and mutual wholesale in Huntington . Feel like I bought new tub should get new tub not one that's defective!!!! Think they should make this right been a mess no help from either company looks like I will be filing claim small claims court against both companies take pictures let judge decide who is in wrong!!!!!
