I order a new set of lenses for my glasses on January 3rd 2020. I was told in 7-10 days my lenses would be in. On January 21, 2020 I called. They told me my prescription was tougher so it may take a couple more days, they'd check with the lab, and call me back. January 23rd 2020 my husband's glasses were ready, and his were ordered the same day. My husband asked about my glasses and told them that I was still waiting for a call back. He was told she was going to check and call me back the following day. The following day I did not receive a call (1/24/2020) so I called them to find out what was going on. When I called I was informed they came in but they were wrong (the left lens was not clear. I asked to talk to the manager who told me it's not our fault, they can't control the lab, and she was going to send it back in. She also said she was going to try to put a rush on it but it will probably still be 7-10 days. On 2/9/2020 I called because I still hadn't heard anything and it was over 10 days, it was12 business days. During that call I was told 'We called you on the 4th and left a message ', this is simply not true because I had no call on my log or voicemail. I explained that, and was told 'Well we left one, when do you want to make an appointment to put the lenses in'?. I made an appointment for 10:30 AM 2/10/2020. I arrive at my appointed time and was greeted with 'We were wondering where you were at!? They took my glasses (leaving me with very little sight) and said well your prescription is tough so come back it's going to take 45 minutes. I felt pushed to leave. I'm back 45 minutes later, the manager comes out, glasses undone. Says 'our machine can only cut to 8 cm thik, the lens they sent is 10cm. I brought the manual with..here it is in the manual...since you said we lie? We need to send it back. It's been over a month (Jan 3rd) and now another 7-10 days, and another trip out there to have the lenses put in. I was also argued with that it was over a month.

Repair All I want is to have my lenses in, and in my glasses frames as promised. I don't want to have to make continuous trips wasting gas, time, and gas money to get the lenses in my glasses, and I don't want to be treated rudely as I have been. I want to receive calls updating me on the progress as well.
