refund. We don’t know where she was leaving those messages because the last email we had received from her was on 7/9/2015. We contacted her and let her know we issued her a refund check. So this has been resolved and a check for the refund has been mailed out to her.

Review: The product MigreLief is being advertised as having a 100% money back guarantee but Akeso Health Sciences has refused to honor it. I bought 3 bottles (required for guarantee)at CVS and when after 3 months, the product did not reduce my migraines, I asked for my money back. I was told that my purchase did not meet the criteria of being sold directly from the company. The website advertises MigreLief as having a 100% money back guarantee on its homepage - directly across from that claim is the CVS logo and the statement "Also available at CVS Pharmacies". No where does it say that the guarantee is only available direct orders from the company. The company representative, Brian, was polite during my phone calls, but no refund was forthcoming. The reason I decided to try MigreLief was the money back guarantee. I feel duped.Desired Settlement: I believe that Akeso Health Sciences should refund me the $88.47 I spent at CVS on 01/14/2013. I also believe that if the guarantee is only for product ordered thru their website, that fact should be clearly stated with the claimed guarantee.
