Mr [redacted] bought his [redacted] into our location to have his tires installed that he providedWe installed his tires properly and set his air pressures to the correct pressures (PSI) We spoke to Mr [redacted] after we received his refund request from credit card company, and he advised us that we went to another repair facility and they told him we over inflated his tires which is falseWe have provided a copy of the [redacted] factory required air pressure info He also mentioned that we left a panel under the vehicle loose as wellAlso a accusation as we didn't remove the panel in question to service his vehicleWe explained to him that his vehicle has over 80,miles and that panel has most likely been removed various times to service his vehicleJust never at our locationSounds as if he has gotten a conflicting opinion from another less educated repair facilityWhile he may like to run his tires at PSI less that the factory recommends, we "legally" have to set the pressures where the manufacturer insists for safety reasonsNone of his accusations warrant a refundAfter his credit card refund request was denied he complained to Midas International and the staff there also spoke to him and they closed his complaint caseHe is now complaining to Revdex.comThanks***
