Review: I came to the office to obtain live scan service. When I arrived, she was assisting another gentleman. She said to me, "come over here. What do you need? ". I told her I need livescan. She asked, "Do you have the forms?" I gave her one form only because that is all I have and she said, " that is it? There are 3 forms. "I told her that is all that I have." She said okay and asked me do I know the price. I told her I saw $17 for her service and she held my form and said, "I need to send this to the federal and state. Do you think the federal and state are free?" She looked at me in a rude and condescending way and asked me "okay?" I immediately told her to give me back my form and told her I will go somewhere else because "you are very rude"Desired Settlement: I need her way of customer service to be warned and have her send me a certified letter of apology.
