Akimbo Card

I was told that after receiving my first vaccine I would get a $100 debit card. Well it's been almost 3 weeks and nothing has been put on the card.
And I call card company they tell me to contact medical team that gave me the vaccine and the medical team tells me I have to contact the card company. So no one wants to help. This is wrong in everyway possible!
