Review: It is the perfect kind of cheating place! I bought (3 years ago) worth of furniture that was presented as top of the line quality furniture. I was promised if anything went wrong, it was covered. The cabinets are broken. As per their reps ([redacted]) they will charge me $100 per hour for fixing, that is new in the store policy.In addition they do not provide insurance anymore (my building require insurance).The sofa, worst quality,I think even IKEA furniture has batter quality.I'm contacting a Revdex.com . I paid cash and was very specific about wanting to make sure my furniture was good quality . They haven't heard the last from me!!!Desired Settlement: I will need $1000 for fixing the furniture and replacing the sofa.

This is a response to [redacted]'s complaint that we have recently received.

[redacted] has been our customer for nearly 3 years and has made several purchases with us to her satisfaction. [redacted] recently contacted on of our sales associates asking if we can help her to move some furniture. She was informed that we usually do not perform moving services but since she is our client we can make an exception, the price quoted was $100.00 per hour for 2 people to come and help her move what she needed. She did not mention that anything has been broken, had she mentioned that there was an issue with her cabinets we would gladly send over our technicians to resolve the issue. The sofa was also not mentioned, the sofa she purchased comes with a warranty from the manufacturer and we would gladly address any issues that she may have, however once again nothing was mentioned. As for her claim that we no longer provide insurance, we always have and always will provide insurance for our clients who live in buildings that require it. In short [redacted] complaint comes as a surprise as she did not mention any of the issues in her conversation with our associate. Should she decide to contact us and explain her issues we will be glad to assist her.

Upon further investigation, we have determined that when [redacted] contacted our store, she made the request to have someone come and remove the sofa from her apartment. As per our initial response this is not a service that we typically offer but since [redacted] was a long term client she was offered to have our staff come in and perform her request at a quoted price of $100 per hour. At no point of the conversation did she mention that the sofa was broken or had any specific issues nor did she request for us to review the damage and begin a claim process with the manufacturer which offers a warranty for her sofa. Also she did not send us images of any damage to the sofa at that point.

As stated in our initial response we always carry insurance as it is required by law and always provide insurance to the building management of our clients if necessary.

Also please note that after our initial response in which we clearly stated that we would be willing to address any issues that [redacted] has with her cabinets she has made no effort to contact us to resolve the issue.
