Stephen in scheduling who I've never met whenever we talk I feel like we've been friends our whole lives. Ashli in accounting...same, it's like shes family. Jon & Joey, the Owners are also great and they hire great people. The work is professional and they can fix pretty much anything I need, their tile work and drywall work is exceptional. I highly recommend AKP.

I have been using Jon and Joey for decades it seems. I have several properties throughout Arizona, Las Vegas and Utah.

These guys are the most organized conscientious renovations specialists I can call on. Their communication is top notch and they always assign a project manager to my jobs. I typically know what’s going on with my properties before I even want to.

My only complaint is that they don’t build and service swimming pools. FYI, Jon lies about his golf handicap, but Joey can do a “double front face fakey with a backflip” (whatever that is) on a skateboard.
