[redacted] [redacted] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I thought that I was billed for the part I ordered, but I still received no email saying the part was on back order so they left me waiting for a monthI've checked my spam for over the last month and have seen nothing from themThe part I ordered online also said it was in stock so they're advertisingI don't expect anything other than I hope nobody else falls for their advertisement Regards, [redacted]
Response:Customer claims he ordered a part and was billed. This is partially incorrect. We did receive an order for a side folding buttstock but the part ordered is on backorder. Customer has not been billed and so we have received no money from him whatsoever. It is our policy to bill manually...
offline only for security purposes and no order is billed until the parts are shipped. Back orders for parts are never billed to the customer until the parts are back in stock and ready to ship. It is also our policy to notify the customer via email as to the back order status. Sometimes, customers have spam blocker settings that will not allow the emails into their inbox. This order has now been deleted from our system and [redacted] has not been and will not be billed for the parts when they arrive. He will not receive any parts from us in the future as we reserve the right to refuse business to problem customers. If [redacted] would have checked his billing statement he would have known he was never charged by our company prior to contacting the Revdex.com. His claim that we "have his money" is completely and utterly false. Thank you.
