The service guy was fine, polite and helpful. The rate is outrageous. It cost $179 to fix our dishwasher. He came out, ran the diagnostics, removed the air gap on the sink, removed a small piece of plastic stuck in there, ran the rinse cycle and was done. Didn't have to do anything on the actual dishwasher. All for $179, total rip off.
