I want to start by stating that the cancellation of services was in no way personal to any particular customer, as this service was completely cancelled as per a company decisionWe want to apologize that the customer was not satisfied with the services that were provided to themOur company was employed by the homeowner in March to care for his landscape through our Organic Landscape Care ProgramHe paid our company the initial stafee of $As per our contract, the customer was then billed $per monthHowever, during the month of June we did not charge the customer, as he was expressing his disappointment for the results he was expectingOur contract states that they are to receive a minimum of treatments per yearWe have already been out and performed a treatment to this particular residence times, many of which were outside the regularly scheduled window (this does not include the other times that our Master Arborist went to the residence to assess, diagnose and make a treatment plan decision)We gave all customers a day notice, as per our contract, and all of them will be receiving their final scheduled week treatment within those days and no other charges were incurred post-cancellationOur company does not promote nor do we advertise fertilization of the lawn or treesWe are using organic products to correct the environmental problems caused by the interference of many external situations (i.epests, diseases, chemical application, etc.)All customers were informed during the initial consult that this type of treatment program will take time to reverse the damages/problems within the environment and they should expect it to take up to year before we felt it would be in a thriving, sustainable and healthy stateOur treatments are on more of a biological level and take time, unlike synthetic treatments that show instant resultsWe feel that the improvement of his landscape is relative, as we have seen obvious improvements in various areas of his landscapeWe noted that his backyard grass is healthy and has dramatically improved from when we originally began working on his lawnThere has also been a significant improvement in his Queen palms from their original stateWe are aware that the customer is having some issues with their front lawn grass from the sod web worms last weekWe intend to go and treat their lawn for the pests along with a Biostimulant treatment this week; as soon as we can get a clear weather day; as this particular treatment isn’t as effective when it rains and we don’t want this insecticide to wash off into the drainage systemWe truly feel that we gave the customer what we said that we would and made every effort to correct the problems in his landscape through our Organic Landscape Care ProgramWe apologize for any inconveniences that we may have caused our customers by no longer offering this portion of servicesWe don’t feel it is necessary to refund the customer the money for our services as we typically charge a minimum of $per Organic Biostimulant treatment (this does not include any application of pesticides or herbicides) but due to the program we were giving them a discounted rateWe do hope that our customer sees that we had no intentions of disappointing them and we did everything that we could to be within integritySincerely, Eric & Heather [redacted]

We want to apologize that the customer was not satisfied with the services that were provided to them. Our company was employed by the homeowner in March 2016 to care for his landscape through our Organic Landscape Care Program. He paid our company the initial start-up fee of $365. As per our contract, the customer was then billed $75 per month. However, during the month of June we did not charge the customer, as he was expressing his disappointment for the results he was expecting. Our contract states that they are to receive a minimum of 8 treatments per year. We have already been out and performed a treatment to this particular residence 7 times, many of which were outside the regularly scheduled window (this does not include the other times that our Master Arborist went to the residence to assess, diagnose and make a treatment plan decision). We gave all customers a 30 day notice, as per our contract, and all of them will be receiving their final scheduled 6 week treatment within those 30 days and no other charges were incurred post-cancellation. Our company does not promote nor do we advertise fertilization of the lawn or trees. We are using organic products to correct the environmental problems caused by the interference of many external situations (i.e. pests, diseases, chemical application, etc.). All customers were informed during the initial consult that this type of treatment program will take time to reverse the damages/problems within the environment and they should expect it to take up to 1 year before we felt it would be in a thriving, sustainable and healthy state.
