Mr*** came in on July 13th at 8:55am for a Mobil oil change on his Mercedes CI went back and looked at the video of his oil change and it shows Mike changing the oil filterHe also grabbed Mobil from the shelf for the oil changeRichard was in the pit removing the oil pan
plug. The video shows me adding the oil, starting the car and then checking the dipstick after the car was turned offIf the oil level was low when he checked it he should of come back and let us check it and add if needed Mr*** is more than welcome to come and watch the video of the oil change on his vehicle. Mr*** did come in and ask us to change his plugs and wanted to know the cost if he supplied the partsWe agreed on a price and the he came back a week or so later to have it doneMy mechanics replaced the plugs that he supplied and when it was done the vehicle was still running a little
roughThey told him that it might take a day or so for it to smooth out because they had to spray PB Blast because on certain Ford motors the plugs will brake off when trying to remove them and sometimes it takes time for that to burn offThey looked everything over again to make sure everything was put back together correctlyHe is a big man and when he was talking with my guys he was getting loud and in their face He came back the next day with paperwork from another shop saying that one of the plugs was a little loose and that is why the truck was running roughThey tightened the plug and the truck was running greatHe showed me an invoice for around $and some change and I reimbursed him for that As for the AC, we didn't do anything to it and not sure if it was working when he brought the vehicle in. Before we were done with the plugs he told one of my guys that he had recently purchased the Navigator and was slowly fixing some of the problems that it had If you have any more questions please let me know Thanks, *** ***
