My husband and I went to Al 100 income tax to do our taxes on February 12,2020. Our tax preparer was ***.We were told that our taxes was accepted on February 19 2020. Long story short, she closed her doors of buisness without notification and has not returned our calls. We contacted the IRS and we were told that our tax forms were never submitted. She stayed with all of our tax forms and w2s and the payment we gave for her tax preparation.
