Book with confidence! Al-Arsh did an extensive roof, tuckpointing, waterproofing and lintel replacement project for me on a 2-Family building. They were extremely talented, hard-working guys who kept their word and showed up every day until the job was done. They gave me a fair price and provided a 10 year warranty. They even dispatched 2 guys to de-ice the roof and facade of the building free of charge the day water started pouring into the house.

My experience with them was so positive compared to most contractors in New York. As a comparison, the company who originally installed the roof did not return my multiple calls. I just can't stress enough that on top of being highly-skilled, [redacted] and his guys are all very kind and took so much care and patience with my job and I was extremely happy with how it turned out. They even cleaned up carefully every day. I'm using them on everything from now on.
