I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The response made by the business was inaccurate with no
remorse.   
We never received the attached “do’s & don’t” sheet or an
invoice.
During his appraisal, if he had been honest and not made promises
that he would fix the cracks and return if we had issues, then we would have accepted
the final product and would not be filing a complaint.  Looks like Baccile Paving is not going to offer to look at or repair the crack, so we will pay to have the crack repaired, but would like to make sure Baccile Paving receives a poor review for lying & poor workmanship.
In response to Mr. Baccile’s comments in regard to the phone
conversation:
We waited until April to Contact Mr. Baccile because we knew
there was nothing he could do with the crack until it warmed up. For the record, I did not swear at Mr. Baccile…. I have
numerous contacts that can vouch to the fact I do not use curse words.     During our phone conversation, he told me to go ahead and
take him to court, because that’s what last person did and she had a 8000
dollar driveway and she lost.  Is this
how you treat your customers?
