On behalf of Upswing flooring LLC I would like so say I did everything in my power as a profession to try and make Mr [redacted] happyWe completed the job twice and there was a manufacture defect in productI offered to amend it another time with different products but he refused

I met Ms [redacted] and we agreed on the jobIn between the time we agreed on doing the work and her giving me the depositShe called me over 20times I answered most of themWe went over the same thing numerous timesI told her I have to respectfully decline her business and will return the money to herI sent a check last weekIf she didn’t get it I will gladly give her the cash or write another check and deliver it for $200amountIn doing so I hope that she would remove the bad comment she left here and as well as Jb my Google pageside note: I don’t generally take deposits on such small jobs but when I was there I felt uncomfortable with mr [redacted] There was medicine bottles open with the pills everywhere and she was taking about how Mexicans robbed her and there was a chastisement comingshe kept asking my my ethnicityI wanted to help the lady out I felt bad but after being harrased on the phone after the initial meeting I could have only imagined how the job would have went

Everything stated in the reply is irrelevant. The fact of the matter is that you were paid $to do a job and provided no service. You have taken advantage of an elderly disabled personyou have no morals Or integrity. If I do not receive a certified cashier's check for $by mail made out to me within one week, I will call the police fraud division and put you out of business . Do not step foot on my property for any reason
