I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.MrBennett's response is totally unsatisfactory There is only one solution and that is for MrBennett to contact Mr*** and work this out When MrBennett agreed to correct the issues with my yard, he asked me if I had anyone who I wanted to fix the issue I suggested Mr*** as he has done several projects for me in the past Originally, I suspected that MrBennett would use his own contractor which would have been fine When MrBennett and Mr*** met at my property to discuss the project, I walked away as I assumed this discussion was between them and I honestly did not want this to become problem as it seems to have become I had no idea that the two of them had not worked this out and that the bill was not paid until Mr*** sent me the bill because it was not paid I want this situation fixed and MrBennett to work out some arrangement to pay this bill I paid MrBennett every penny that he billed me I expect him to do the same thing with *** *** who was acting as MrBennett's contractor

In response to the above complaint, I specifically informed the supervisor of the company installing the beam of the exact route to take in the yardThe work was done late in the afternoon after I had left the job and the supervisor's son took it upon himself to move the equipment around the other
side of the yard.I informed Mr*** I would repair the yard where the ruts were and he said he wanted to use his own yard man, Mr***, as he wanted him to do some other landscaping for himIn April of 2014, when Mr*** and I (and Mr***) met to look at the yard, Mr*** informed me it wouldn't be much to repair the rutsHe never gave me a quote or a contractNothing was stated in writingHe said he did send an email to me but I never received itPerhaps it only went to Mr***, I am not sure.I heard nothing more until Mr*** sent me the bill in April of I responded to Mr*** and Mr***I offered to pay half the bill (728.00) as it was totally out of line as to the amount of work needed to repair rutsI would have had my own people take care of it but Mr*** insisted on using Mr***.Mr*** refused my offer of $I believe it was a fair amount for the repair job and there was no way it should have cost $1,456.00.Al Bennett Al Bennett Builders Inc
