Review: Al Best did roofing to my house and the vent in the roof is tilted and I tried to call several times from my phone and they don't answer the phone. Couple of times I called from my work number then they answer the phone but so far nothing is happened. This is going on few months now.Desired Settlement: Fix the problem at my home roof.

Review: I first meant with Jimmy from AI Best Construction Corp to repair a leaking roof located at [redacted]. He was very professional and we agreed on the terms to repair the roof along with additional minor repairs such as installing an additional outlet in the Laundry room and replacing some missing stones. The Owner Jimmy and I agreed on a set price for everything. Because of the work he had done I had know problem paying him after the second payment was made the full balance although the work was not complete. The owner Jimmy informed me after the Roof and outlet was installed that he'd get the stones and install them within the 3rd week of october. I then paid him the remaining balance with the understanding that he'd complete the job and replace the Stones. After a week I begin to call Jimmy and he would just ignore my calls. When he did answer he told me he would take care of it. To this day Jimmy stills ignores my calls and doesn't answer or return my calls. I just want the job completed or my money back.Desired Settlement: Finish the job or refund the money that I paid for the job.
