I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
Vanessa called today and told she would try to be here before noon today.
The first correspondence regarding this sale was a call from [redacted] on Monday, 3/**/14. When I assured her [redacted] would refund her money and I'd try to get [redacted] to call by Wednesday but she would definitely be in contact with her before the week is out. I spoke with [redacted] yesterday...
when I returned from lunch (Thursday, March [redacted]) for the first time. She told me she had called in to request a refund last week but after searching for her refund ticket to no avail, she finally told me she had not yet requested a refund but it was her co-worker [redacted] who called and I was then able to link the two and adjust [redacted] ticket to include [redacted]. I forwarded her call to my manager to assure her that her $20 would be refunded tomorrow, (Friday, 3/**) as [redacted] was in another part of the city and had already scheduled to visit them Friday to handle the refund. While clearing the voicemails that had accumulated during my lunch hour I heard [redacted]'s voicemail but saw no need to call her back as I had already spoken to her regarding her refund. About 2 hours later I received the Revdex.com complaint email, which I'm assuming was submitted before she spoke with me.
Today (Friday, 3/**) both [redacted] and [redacted] will receive full refunds in exchange for the product they purchased.
I purchased a "power bank" portable phone charger. I was told that it would hold a charge for up to 6 days and if it was not effective that they would refund our money. The charge only last two days even though I charged it like she told me to. I was also told that if the charge did not last or work we would get our money refunded. I called and spoke to someone at the business, [redacted] and was told that the girl, [redacted], would call me either Tuesday or Wednesday but she has not. I have called and left a voicemail on Thursday and have yet to get a return call from anyone or speak to a live person.
