I purchased a home that had an Al-Flex guarantee policyI was informed that the policy was good until the end of the year
I called Al-flex to have them come out in September because it appeared we were getting termitesUpon calling them they told me that the policy expired in May and that that the guarantee was now void because it had not been renewedAt that time the customer service person took down my information to see if the manager could speak with the owner and possibly get the policy renewed as it has been an active policy for many yearsI was then told that the manager would call me the next day, and if I did not hear back from them to call them the following day
When the manager did not call I called again and I was told that the manager was busy and they would call me in a couple hoursI waited and called again just before closing (hours had passed) and then I was told that the manger had gone home but I should call on Monday
I called Monday only to be told that they still needed to ask the manager to speak with me and the manager would call me backI waited hours and then called again to speak with a different rep who was trying to rush me on the phoneShe asked me if I had termites, and when I said that I feared that I might have them but I don't know she that told me that there is no way would allow me to renew the policyShe then said "Do you know how stupid we would be to let you renew? There is no way we would ever let you renew like that"I asked to speak with the manager and she said "She is just going to tell you exactly what I told you, so you shouldn't need to talk with her that is why they hire people like me so I can tell you that its not gonna happen and you don't need to waste her time"
With customer service like this, I don't want Al-Flex to do any work on my houseIf this is how they treat people, then I would rather give my money to another company that has more respect for those that need their service
The saying "you get more flies with honey, than you do with vinegar" is expecially true in today's economyAl-Flex you can guarantee that I will be telling everyone about how terrible this experience has beenUnfortunately, this is one ex-customer that can be very vocal
Mr. [redacted] never once made the General Manager aware of this situation. Had he called or emailed the GM of the dealership we would of been more than happy to take care of this cost of $7.35 from almost two years ago for him. I have printed him a check and placed it in the mail to the address...

I'm not sure why Revdex.com is calling this a complaintMr. [redacted] contacted us on vehicle and we were had a lucky call with him being bought with rate and terms and nothing down (We have nothing, No money down nothing signed) He told us he wanted the vehicle but would have to check with...
his wife (We have nothing at this point) and 3 hours later he called back it was sold to someone closer to Battlefield Ford and they as Mr. [redacted] saw the great price and value. Why would he be contacting us from such a distance, think of the millions of customers between Ohio and Virginia.Finally Mr. [redacted] forgot to mention the 2 other vehicles that were bought from under him did he complain to Revdex.com about those as well [redacted] Battlefield Ford
