Mr***, the company's owner, is correct in saying that he still owes $30,762.50; however, he has not made a payment to us since October 2014, so we remain highly skeptical of his promise that he will pay us $in December.We request that the Revdex.com keep this complaint open and active until the FULL amount owed is repaid by Mr***. We hope that the Revdex.com will assist us in keeping the issue in front of Mr***, so that we can resolve it without resorting to litigation

Review: Our family hired A & L Glass and Mirror for installation of custom sliding doors at our condominium in Coronado Shores in Coronado, CA. We signed a contract with them and paid A & L Glass a deposit of $44,912.50 (half of the project amount) to begin the project in approximately October, 2013 pursuant to the contract. After 7 months of continued delays, false promises and inaction by A & L Glass (no glass doors were ever produced), we fired A & L Glass and used a different contractor.

We have repeatedly demanded our deposit back from A & L. Under threat of litigation, they did give us $8,650 of the deposit back (out of the $44,912.50) a few weeks ago with hollow promises to repay the $36,262.50 of the deposit back quickly. But, now they are refusing to pay us the balance of the deposit, not returning phone calls or answering our letters demanding the balance of the deposit back ($36,262.50). A & L Glass currently owes our family $36,262.50.Desired Settlement: We are hoping that the Revdex.com will remove the A plus grade of this company since they are not a reputable company. Also, we are hoping that A & L Glass will repay us our security deposit ($36,262.50) since A & L never did the work pursuant to the written contract we had with A & L Glass.
