I reminded the service tech on the phone that it was their error in not ordering the right number of parts in the first placeLousy customer service and if it were not HW required business; I would never use this company again! Avoid at all cost

Joe, who works with S and S Appliance in repair division, was nice friendly and very knowledgeable. Our dishwasher (not purchased from S & S ) went out and he has worked diligently to resolve this problem and get us up and running.

S & S appliance technician, Tim S[redacted], that repaired my dryer was quick and professional. He was on time, figured out the problem fast. The only downside was the part (main control board) had to be ordered, so the repair could not be made until the part arrived at S & S. I can only assume this would have been the same for any appliance company.
Today I had a very positive and professional evaluation done by Joe and Corey of S&S Appliance, and received more understanding of my new frontloading Maytag washer and how it heats. They called within the time frame given, and arrived aswhen they said they would. I have been very satisfied with other service visits by S&S, including a microwave repair that has lasted two years.
