for our services from $wedding package agreement, On Monday 06/26/less then a week after shooting the love story pictures and video customer called cancelling with our company ailjalil studio, we had informed our customer they will lose the deposite and we will charge them for our work and time and they will be refunded the remaing balance of $Bride requested that all the work to be emailed to her at that time we explained to the bride it's time consuming to email big files we will mail all the work to her on a flash drive, bride still requsted us to still email them, the bride confirmed that pictures were recived and looks good, we also emailed her the video edited with the requesting song by email and through YouTube, On july 3rd and again on july 10th 2017 Subtotal 2,500.00 Total 2,Amount Paid 3,000.00 Balance Due $-
This business response was received via email by Revdex.com. just a remainder if yr received few of the text I sent you this video and pictures were spoused to be mailed to them to customers or hand them there work in person we don't do anything through the internet unless we are posting our work on social media we also informed them more then once if the video doesn't open with them we are going to mail everything to them this video was opened on more then one pc and more then one email and was opened using one of our phones we tried more then one device to make sure it opened before sending to the customer if you have any questions plz feel free to call and plz let me know if the link opened with you asapthank youalso I have no problem giving you my account to see proof that the video was uploaded to my account on July and I also sent u a text with me screen showing my screen shot to them letting them know the video is still loading from the night before , if you would like me to come in yr office and meet with you to show you my phone and login infront of you to see that I am not a scam I don't fake texts or edit and you can see everything yr self I am more then happy toothis is my business that we are talking about, and again this whole se ding my work through email wasn't spoused to happened we just wanted to do what they wanted and make them happy and this is what we get please let me know how you guys like to proceed. ***
