I work with a Condominium association and contracted with A.L. Ltd Landscaping for several thousand dollars worth of work. The contract was signed in late June. By mid-July we called to see when our service would be completed as it had not yet been started. They assured us they would spray the following week and pull weeds the week after that. As of August 14th, no work had been done. I called again and was assured the work would be completed by August 19. It is now August 22 and the only thing that has been done is that they sprayed the weeds.
In addition, every time I called, I was directed to [redacted] who was rude and abrupt. He claimed he only promised that it would be sprayed by Monday and that they couldn't work today due to the rain. That's fine, but the service should have been completed weeks ago. He offered no discount or refund for the terrible service.
