In respond to the accusation from mrs *** I installed this septic system over years agoThe homeowner was present the whole time system was installed and along w that all of my work was inspected by Vernon two health dept and passed every inspectionBy no means did I ever
install the tank improperly or health dept would have never signed off onWhen mrs *** called and said she had a problem I went and looked at it and saw tank had settled some years later which we have no control of ground settlingHowever I had told her I would still come and correct the problem even thogh I was not responsible Shortly after y year old boy became sick where we spent nearly months in and out of Columbia university hospital and surgeries later months after that my father became bed ridden for the next months where I took care of him everyday and could not leave homeMaybe that would explain the money problems and family problems she stated I hadI stopped by the complainant house and left her letter and message to return my call to resolve this matter which she has notAlso the fee which she claims she paid is ridiculousI also stopped to see the job they had done which is not right at all and no permits or inspections were takenPlease feel free to call ***
