Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/10/20) */ Contact Name and Title: [redacted] GSM Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXX Contact Email: [redacted] @ [redacted] .com We have been in contact with this customer prior to the complaint having been filed and had agreed to replace one tire at no cost and sell the customer a second tire at our dealer costThe customer was pleased with this resolution, but then proceeded to file this complaint and post negative reviews onlineWe have, in good faith, attempted to contact this customer repeatedly and have been unable to leave a message at one number and have received no response from messages left at a second number We are in possession of the tires and will honor our agreement as outlined above, so long as the customer returns our calls within a reasonable timeOtherwise, we will consider this matter resolved without further consideration Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2015/10/21) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Last week when I went to the dealership (Mon 12th) to discuss the tire situation I had mentioned that I would be traveling for work and would be out of pocket early this week - just came back from a business trip at 10pm last night and am getting up to date on messagesA negative review was left of [redacted] as the following happened (also mentioned in my complaint): I spoke with a manager (***) on Weds 14th about the issueWas definitely open to their resolution of the 50/split of costThe manager said they would call me on Thurs 14th to confirm my appointment for Saturday 16h Thurs 14th - no call Friday 15th no call - I called the dealership Saturday - my wife called the dealer around 10am [redacted] was in and his colleague ( [redacted] took a message)No call back on Saturday Sunday 17th - left my negative review and filed a complaint as our calls were not returned Monday 18th - Traveling on business and a call was received saying my tires were inCoincidentally, this was the same day my Revdex.com complaint was sent to the dealership This wasn't mentioned in my complaint (as the goal was to keep things short) but in addition to implying that I probably switched out good tires with rotten tires, I spent around hours at the dealership on Monday 12th before the manager in charge told me that I would just have to buy some new tires (i.e., no resolution) At this stage, I would prefer to pay for the tires elsewhere and then have Al Piemonte cut me a check for whatever they were going to pay from their initial quoteThe dealership should not act like they have been wronged here - a complaint was left around days after the initial solution was proposed and I hadn't heard backLet's not forget that no one was willing to help me out until I had mentioned that the second car that I was in the market for wouldn't be purchased from Al [redacted] Remember, I was the person who should have bought a new car if I didn't want to run into these types of issues It is good to know that consumers do have rights and through the Revdex.com and other forms of communication (online reviews) businesses can be held accountable before and after their transactions with customers Ball is back in their court - if the folks from Al Piemonte can tell me what the cost of the tire was and cost of installation would be, that would be greatAt this stage, it would probably be smart for me to have the tires replaced elsewhere (where there is no negative history on both sides) and then I can just use whatever portion of the money Al Piemonte sends me to cover the cost

I purchased a vehicle 2-1/weeks ago from Al Piemonte Nissan in [redacted] (over an hour away)Prior to the purchase I test drove the used car (Honda Crosstour) 2x and confirmed with the sales rep that there were no issues with itThe day after I bought the car, there was a strange whistling noise from the hood and the brakes were squeekingMy husband and I notified the sales rep and used car manager that SaturdayLong story short, the brake pads are now grinding to the point to where they are extremely loud and the whistling noise continuedWe notified them, again in which they agreed to fix the issuesWe scheduled to meet with them yesterdayWhen I called to let them know we were coming in, the used car manager (Sam) went back on his word to fix the issues, told me the car was sold as is (which the finance co confirmed that it WAS NOT in the contract so Al Piemonte Nissan should repair the car), hire an attorney to sue him, I was getting in his hair and hung up the phone in my faceI immediately called the finance company in let them know the dealer went back on their wordThe finance co sent back the paperwork and now I have to return a car that I spent almost months searching forThey lied and said that the finance co returned the paperwork because I kept calling them stating there was a problem with the carI had to argur with them to agree to return my down payment after stating that I did not feel comfortable driving the car due the brakes being unsafe and they would need to get the carThey stated they would not pay for the tow and would come out of my down paymentNow, my husband and I may need to drive this car all the way back in poor brake conditions (unless the brakes get worse than they already are) because Al Peimonte Nissan went back on their word...and start the car search process all over againThere is NO way they did not know about the brakes before selling the car and wanted to wash their hands of the issueThey will need to fix the brakes anyway, but probably not the other issue, in which they will resell the car to another unknowing customerI do not recommend ANYONE getting a vehicle from this placeAnd they definitely need to work on their customer relations problem...starting with their used car manager, Sam!!!

I had my Suv serviced hereThey had my vehicle for days to replace an Alternator My service was covered under my insurance plan all I needed to do was pay my deductibleThey gave me the run around for daysI told them not to work on my car since you haven't touched it yet and this is day 6, I will just have it towed somewhere elseThey said ok, I get there and now they are working on my car all of a suddenThey precede to tell me the car will be ready by 3pmI get a call at 1pm telling me that I need a pipe replaced before they can change do the alternatorThis "pipe" cost $& is not covered under my planI tell them I'm coming to get my car and take it to another mechanicI get there again and now they claim they were able to fix it without the pipe being replacedI go to the cashier to pay my deductible and there's an additional $on the billI ask what is this charge and the guy says maybe it's tax maybe it's not I don't know what it is but you have to pay it if you want your carReally? ?? I pay it and drive anyway, car stops blocks awayI waited started it again, car drives about minutes stops againI try again and luckily I was able to make it to the driveway before it stop againTomorrow I will have it towed to a real mechanic and not the shady dealershipThe service department is rude and tries to get extra money out of youThey work on your car even after you tell them not todays of holding my car hostage for an Alternator is ridiculousNow after the replacement the vehicle is still not running

This dealership is a jokeThe customer service is bad beyond descriptionThey lie and lie and lie on top of thatNo surprise, I guess, it is a dealershipThe service center is a jokeI read some people reviews about how satisfied they are, because the part needed was ordered and there in a few daysis that a joke? I bought [redacted] there , they are called [redacted] Nissan, the service specialized in [redacted] warranty and they need a few days to order a partWhy not have it in stock? I left my car there for promissed hour and halfAfter and half hour I was told they looked at the car, but they dont have the part to fix it, so I can drive home and back the next day, or I can leave my car thereWhat a jokeFirst off all how would I get home without my car, I dont live next door or even close, second of all, I workI dont have a week of to work around their scheduleCome, wait, go, come , wait, goAm I working for them or are they working for me?
