I used 1st Choice Enclosures to screen in my patio I was living in condo community in the Market Commons and was not sure if it could be doneChris R [redacted] took control and contacted the HOA Board of Directors and Explained how the process worked and after getting their OK had to contact the City of Myrtle Beach After much work by Chris the City gave their OK and the Screened in Patio when up The work was done in a timely manner and looks great I recently sold my unit and the Patio was a major selling point, which increased the value of my property I have bought a home and will have 1st Choice install another screened in patio for me I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs this type of work

I met Chris from 1st Choice Enclosures at the Home Show in the Myrtle Beach Convention Center, along with reps from other companies Chris came to my home at the appointed time, which is more then I can say for the other companies, and he listened to our needs and wants He advised us on what we can have and what might not be suitable for our home and then sat down with us and drew an outline of what our vision was We were very impressed He met with our HOA and with the City of Myrtle Beach inspectors and handled all the paperwork and obtained all the permissions and permits needed He started work on the project on the stated date and finished on the stated date At the end of each night all waste and paper was removed from my yard so it was left in a pristine condition The enclosure is perfect and I use it daily I have stated that if I sell the house in the future the new owners will have to let me live in the enclosure I have told everyone who has asked who wish to have a similar enclosure to use Chris and 1st Choice Enclosures I am a very happy customer

This company constructed a screen enclosure 42 x 30 around my inground pool as well as EZ Breeze Windows on our sun porch. They did a fantastic job. They came in and completed the job in record time and did quality work. I would highly recommend their work and products. This company is family owned and operated,. They demonstrated integrity and kept their word on everything they said they would do. I couldn't be happier or more pleased with the job they did for me.

Contractor's work is shoddy. EXTREMELY slow to get started and then continue work. Over 15 County Code violations at first inspection. Another contractor said it is the worse work he has seen.
