This fake company they charge their customers very high prices

Review: I purchased two air line tickets from them in jan 2013 we lift nyc jan ** went to ksa then to Pakistan I did not avail my flight went to air line office they said my ticket is expire I cant travel on it meanwhile I was told by the travel agent if I have to switch it will cost me 150 usd I have the ticket in my positions my mom had road side accident in Pakistan on march [redacted] she spouse to come to us on march ** airline rufussed her as well now if the agent get me my money back it fine other wise im taking them travel agent and air line Saudi arbain air line just waiting mom to feel better she cat walk she have [redacted] I have to buy new tickets for me and my mom on Pakistan international air line it coast me around 2500 usdDesired Settlement: since I had to buy new tickets for the travel agent improper guidelines or lake of information if I get my money back witch is 2500 usd and I will do all I can to take my money back I have all the documents in my hand just waiting for mom to feel well

As per our phone conversation, I’ve attached the E-Ticket confirmation which Mr. [redacted] received .

As he mentioned in his complaint, that he travelled on these tickets and used them without any problem.

But on the way back, he has to pay penalty for any change/cancellation as per airline rules, and also he needs to inform/contact airline or agent at least 24 hrs prior to departure date if need to make any change/cancellation.

You can confirm these ticket with airline as well.

Nothing was wrong from Al-Rehman Travels side.

we gave him airline ticket for what he paid for.
