I am rejecting this response because: I have No Part their mistaken I returned part backBecause ot was wrong part # different from what I need I have No such part in my possession Ijust want a Refund so I can purchase elsewhere*** ***

[redacted] came in for a AC Compressor for a 98 [redacted]y Silverado 5.7 as I'd described in the receipt he sent you guys. We gave him the compressor for the information he gave us. He went outside and popped his hood open and then came back and grab the rebuild compressor and took it outside to match it with his ac compressor. He then came back and said yes it's the right one. We also gave him a discount because he's been here before to buy other parts from us. So out of my supervisor kindness, she told me to give him a discount. He then came back a month later and said it wasn't the same, we told him if it wasn't the same why come back a month later. He started to make excuses and all and started to make a scene in front of my customers so I asked him kindly to leave. His compressor has 2 plugs in the back. We told him we've never seen that before. That maybe his was customized somewhere else.
