** *** was contacted about his order. It was explained to him that this item that was ordered days ago(business days), was made to order and takes a few days to process, manufacture and ship his order. Today, he was told that his order was ready to ship and since he paid for
expedited shipping, and as a courtesy, we would refund that part of his payment since he did not receive his order in business days. ** *** declined and asked that we expedite his order and not refund that part but instead ship as requested. Consequently, ** *** emailed on Friday evening and we responded early Monday morning. I believe this issue has been resolved. Tracking details have been forwarded to the customer. I am rejecting this response because:No one has come out to meet with me and discuss this issue as you say. I received a phone call from [redacted] who stated that he was going to have the guy come out and speak with me in reference to sealing the crack. I discussed with [redacted] that I did not want my drive way looking old and lined with sealer. This driveway is a year old and as I stated to [redacted] it started cracking soon after it was installed. I have tried numerous times to contact your company and for over a year no one has come out. Still you say that they have come out.....false statement.  Another issue with the drive way is that the west upper end of it has risen approximately 2 inches and I cannot open the fence gate. My solution is to correct the problem and maintain its looks without being stripped up with sealer. Would be nice if someone would come out in person and speak with me.
