We have been in contact with the customer and the majority of the job has been completed. There are two small parts of the job that remain that will be completed soon. I myself have been in contact with the customer and she seems to be in agreement to let Andy finish these things

I am rejecting this response because:
The job is not complete The soffit and fascia still need to be finished, the vent covers, electrical covers and light fixtures are not complete The deck stairs were not put on properly and need to be fixed as well as adding spindles to that.This does not even cover the cost caused by the damage from water leaking into the house I will have to replace drywall and flooring I contacted Andy April 1, he told me he would be at the house Wed or Thurs (April 9r 7) He did not call and did not show I then contacted him again April and have not heard back from him
