Very dissatisfied with management (***) and sales practices After showing interest for two days in a used vehicle, we sat down with the salesperson to write it up (as they called it), a "AS IS - NO WARRANTY" paper was presented to me and my husbandI advised the salesperson that the car had a sticker with all the car info that stated that it had a two month warranty(I have a pictures of the car with the sticker on the window)Sales person gets up to talk to manager, the manager comes to our table and very rude throws a paper on our table and stated that the sticker on the car was the wrong one and blaming a new tech/employee for it's incompetence on placing the wrong sticker and should of have being a sticker that stated that this particular vehicle had no warranty and any mechanical issues would be the purchaser's resposibilityManager made not attempt to talk to us and walked away
I recently purchased a vehicle from Al Serra Chevrolet When I called about an advertised vehicle, Al Serra had the vehicle cleaned up and brought to the showroom The vehicle was very clean and no problems The vehicle had a carfax that showed all of the service and maintenance performed on the vehicle since the original purchase This included work that Al Serra had performed All of the people at Al Serra were professional and helpful I ended up buying the vehicle I got a great vehicle at a good price This was the best car buying experience I have had in the last years
internet pricing I found a 2500HD truck with a MSRP of 61k that was being advertised at 56k The issue here is that particular unit had aftermarket work done to it and that price was not reflected in the advertised internet price The actual pictures of the unit was that of the "modified" truck after the aftermarket work was done therefore they should have honored the price After I left the dealership I got a call from the GM who said if he would sell it to me for the 56k would I buy it - of course I said I would be very interested Then I get a call back but was unable to answer at that time but returned the call later to only find out that the GM made a mistake and he couldn't sell me the truck! Geez! Really? What kind of buisness are they running?
