Well this company I first called to see how much they would charge to transport a few pallets I had from Wisconsin to Arizona, I was amazed of how the price was compared to other companies I had called.The whole process ended up being very simple, from the quote to the transfer, I would definitely recommend to anyone moving or transporting

Arrived on time, it was obvious that they CARE about pianosThey have the right tools and equipment, and had my piano moved to the new house in under minutes of when they arrived I will use them again and highly recommend them

Non delivery of items from one house to another
On May 9th movers came to move items from my old home to my new home in TucsonThe first load was left at my new home in a locked yardThe second load items were taken to the warehouse over night due to my new house was not available until May 10th in the afternoon around 4:oo PMThe movers showed up at 7:00PM to move the remaining 2nd loadA few days later I and my Realtor contacted the movers to ask for my remaining items that were not deliveredThe Operations Manager they would check at the warehouse and go back to the old house to check on the itemsWhen they went back to the old house the new owners had thrown the items away The Operations Manager promised to reimburse me for a few items that I specifically asked forI received several promises through telephone calls and text, but he never fulfilled his promiseMy Realtor emailed him stating I was also missing an antique doll that sat on a chair that belonged to my deceas

If there was an option to select multiple complaints, I wouldNot only had the customer service been one of the worst experiences, but the billing and collecting had been mishandled, as well as deliveryThree different times I was promised and guaranteed that my belongings would arrive on a specific dateNot only were my thins not picked up until ten days after the promised delivery date, but when they were finally delivered, they were damagedMy credit card was billed before the items ever arrived, and trying to get in contact with the responsible parties has proven near impossibleThis has been such a horrible experience that I will never use a moving company again

I had these guys transport my car from arizona to Florida with a nice price, best of all not a single scratch all the way, thanxs A&L
