I wanted to inform the Revdex.com that we did fix [redacted] car on 3/22/at no cost to him He seemed to be satisfied with the repairs and the resolution to this matter

I have reviewed this complaint and there has been attempts to settle it It is difficult to assist the consumer with the car due to the distance of where she lives and where we are located However, we did set her up with a dealer near her for the repairs As a good faith gesture and we do pride ourselves in making sure our customers are satisfied with [redacted] ***, our Accounting Department has mailed to her a refund check for $ I had also been in contact with the business working on her car and made sure that they knew she had the warranty At this time, I do hope that she is satisfied with the resolution to this complaint

I am rejecting this response because: I brought it to Capital Chrysler body shop and they said it was damaged when it was loaded on the vehicleI did not notice damage to the body until I washed itAlso, the vehicle was not inspected only cleaned

This car was inspected in our shop and there is no evidence of any damage and the body alignments are all well within dimensions. We inspect every car as it arrives at our store and no damage was found. At delivery the car was accepted by the buyerWe see no damage. If
there is a leak, it would be a warranty repair and we will be happy to schedule a repair for the customer. Other than the inspection at the customer's request, we have not had the car in our shop

The dealer that diagnosed my vehicle knows of my warranty and it is not covered by the warranty. I wIll gladly deliver the vehicle there for repairs it was diagnosed as a heater core which is not covered by the warranty. They basically said here is your warranty didn't give me options for warranties or anything. If the heat would have went out a few months down the road fine but it wasn't working as I called the following day.  I just want my heat fixed since it's been 2 degrees and my job is outside in my vehicle 75 -80% of the time. I can have my vehicle taken up there but I'll need a vehicle for work depending on how long it takes to repair. I'll even buy the part if you pay for the labor I just need heat since it is winter.

The customer viewed the vehicle in the daylight hours, he did bring up the cracked bumper,and wanted our company to pay for the repair. Our salesman stated he told the customer that he would ask the Sales Manager about repairing the bumper. The sales manager stated we would not be able to repair it....

The consumer then took the car to a body shop that we use to own, they glued the bumper as a courtesy to the customer. No one ever agreed to repair this bumper verbally or in writing.

It did have some risk or requiring more extensive repair as we cautioned the customer at the time. The fact that the pan and threads were not damaged verifies that the plug was seized naturally and not improperly installed. As a gesture of goodwill we are willing to reimburse the customer the $57.17 requested. We do however believe we have no liability for the repair.
