I am rejecting this response because: I was totally surprised when they charged me a install fee They should have come and replaced the part at no charge It was not my fault the part faultedTheir labor warranty was good for daysIf they had called me back in a timely fashion I would not have had to pay the service charge

This job is done and completed to the customer's satisfaction Al's does not manufacture parts we install parts for repair The part was replaced originally on 9/27/and once again on 2/3/ The customer paid $on Invoice *** and signed the invoice showing satisfactory
completion of repair If you'd like a copy we would be happy to supply you with a copy

apparently knew that unfortunately he used one of our invoices which he still unfortunately had one
The customer knows this is a claim against Al's Appliance and we respectfully request that you dismiss this and do not count it toward our company and please contact the correct company

I do not except this because no matter who I called he left me a invoice for Als appliance sales and service so that makes them liable especially since he was still employed by themI'm going off the invoice and that's who is responsibleThey are doing bad business by letting there some work for them and do his own work with there invoicesThis is a family business and Als appliance is responsible for all there employees so I want my money refunded
