Spoke with the installer and he states that the customer pulled on the door panel and broke itHe offered to fix it for him but needed a special tool so told him to come back the next dayCustomer replied that it had to be done that day and leftWe feel like we are not at fault in anyway for his
damage

This is review the tapes if they have oneThey never stated anything about a special toolTHEY SAID THEY NEVER WORKED ON MY CAR BAND THE DOOR PANEL ISN'T BROKE THE SPEAKER TRIM THAT GOES ON THE DOOR IS BROKE.SO THAT AN INDICATION OF A LIE RIGHT THEREI JUST NEED MY DOOR TRIM PROPERLY INSTALLED OR PAID FOR SO I can close my doorI WOULD LIKE TO TAKE THE NEXT ACTION AS NEED ED SINCE THEY WONT CLAIM RESPOSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONSI AM ASKING FOR A FULL REFUND OR HALF MY MONEY BACK

After the customer told us of the problemWe towed her car to a transmission specialistThe specialist found out the pump for the transmission was not workingThe only way to find out what was happening was to remove the transmission from the carWe towed the vehicle to the original mechanic and
advised to remove the transmissionWe picked up the transmission and took it back to the specialist and found out that the pump and the intermediate shaft were broken because of insulationWe called the customer to let them know what we foundAdvised there was really no way to fix this problemWe do warranty the transmission for day, but not if it is put in wrong or broken by the mechanic chosen to do the install
