Dear Revdex.com, we have tried several times to contact MrA*** to replace the sectional he purchased with the feature he was looking for - another model which offers the armless recliner chair in powerPlease refer to the attached documentation submitted to the credit card processing after Mr
A*** filled a claim with the credit card companySince we received the Revdex.com claim on March 8th, we have called on March 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th to resolve this issue with no answer from Mr A***, with the exception on March 10th he said he would get back to usDuring this time, please refer to the FB comments which where left on our FB review page from Mr A*** and another personAs indicated during each response we are willing to work things out with Mr A***We are available days a week from 10am - 7pm

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:The businesses response does not address our concern regarding returning the couch The business owner is hostile and condescending to deal with The sales people he has call us have no answers and just keep repeating the same things, ie 25% restocking fee I have corespondence from the company on March where I spoke with *** and on March a message was left for me trying to make arrangements to pick up the couch but nothing in regards to reimbursement After I returned the call today I was met with the same attitude and condescending attitude I have been dealing with this whole timeThey stated that per the Revdex.com they only needed to pick up the sofa and refund the 75% I would like for this matter to be resolved as we are couchless due to the fact my significant other, Cassie Welcker, can’t sit on the couch due to the back pain it has given her since day one Unfortunately the only couch we have been able to find and sit in before purchasing is one this store does not carry nor are they able to get Like I have said before, if they had this model on the show room we would not have purchased it We were reassured multiple times by Russ that if we were not happy we would be able to return for full price All we want is our full amount back for the items listed as in stock, we will pay the 25% restocking fee on the console we ordered and still haven’t received nor received updates on and the couch to be out of our home.Regards,

Customer's husband called after a few days of purchase and stated the furniture pieces they purchased would not fit in the areaHe will be back in after vacation with his wife and choose another unitSeveral weeks later customer called and said they wanted a refund to their finance accountRefund
was issued to the finance account following dayCustomer was notifiedIt's to our surprise this claim was filled and shall be considered a non issue
