groom, and *** *** is very aware of this. In the past, this pet has been groomed and has been charged for the matting condition of the coat and for hard to handle. This charge is nothing new to *** ***! This policy is also signed for, for acknowledgement of the policy for these charges as noted in the attachment sentThis was signed for on 01/16/2016. When the client came to pick up her pet, she inspected the pet with no comments, just foul language regarding the cost of her servicesThe pet at hand was just fine upon picking up from Lue-Lue's World, anything that happened to the pet after the departure from Lue-Lue's World is not the responsibility of Lue-Lue's World.The request for a refund of monies is declined. As stated in a previous message, there were no marks or issues with this animal when departure was made from this Grooming Salon*** *** reviewed the pet before she left, using foul language about the cost of the service that was providedAs stated in the policies for Lue-Lue's World;Section 2:1)Any pet that is Matted or Aggressive or Hard to handle will be charged an extra expense, up to $This charge is based on the severity of the Matting or Hard to handle.*The charges may apply without consulting the pet ownersIt is to the discretion of the groomers if your pet is Aggressive, Hard to hand *Pets that require (2) people to handle a pet during grooming may be charged a double price, for the extreme aggressiveness.*Pets that require (2) people to handle a pet during grooming may be charged a double price, for the extreme aggressiveness. *Any nic’s or cuts that happen due to a pet being matted or aggressive is to *** ***’s financial responsibility.Any happenings that have happened to this pet outside of Lue-Lue's World, is not the responsibility of Lue-Lue's World. The focus for this client is leaning for a return of services per her statement that the cost for grooming fluctuates and the cost is always differentAgain, as stated in section of the policies for Lue-Lue's World, the cost of "Matting, Aggressive or Hard to Handle is a additional charge up to $25.00"Services have been provided, all policies were told to the Client and they were signed for indicating that she knew them and agreed to them, there were no "surprise" chargesThe pet at hand, when departing on the 14th of April had not marks or redness to himThis complaint is aimed at getting a service for free, which is declined, a refund will not be made. To touch base on the fact that this person is indicating that Lue-Lue's World is "defacing" her, is not applicableThis conversing is not about defacing, or he said/ she said- it is about a person who is not happy about having to pay for a service that they do not want to pay forThis client had options and she decided to use Lue-Lue's World as her option to groom her untrained animalAs a fact, as this Client has stated that she will "continue" to spread rumors of what she "endured"This client is the one who is being untruthful, and defacing. Lue-Lue's World prides itself on customer service and service itselfThis is a well liked and loved place for many, and for some, this place is just not for themNot all facilities are made for everyone, and this facility is not made for this specific clientLue-Lue's World provides services that are done with care and compassion, reasoning for the hour grooming, we are here to help pets not the other way aroundEverything in this world comes at a price, a price that this client agreed to and was knowledgeable about

Shanda ***As I stated previously the person responding has defamed not only my character but of other groomersI agreed to pay for what he was there to seen for and not more than the that it would have been for the servicesI did not inspect my pet at the groomers once picked up due to how late it was from picking him upMy dog actually used the restroom in the groomers and I had my son take him outAgain paying over for an animal to get groomed that was not matted and clearly hard to handle due to rough handling is ridiculousIf my pet was so hard to handle then they should have contacted me to pick him up from their groomersI have only told facts to people who have seen my dog before and after and if asked I will give them details of the rough handling being done in their place of businessAn agreeable amount for services would be the and not If the groomer who actually groomed my pet which is the male owner of the groomers can contact me directly instead of this person who has not had any physical dealings with my pet directlyThe pictures posted are date stamped from my cellular device with the time alsoThus information is posted publicly and those who have had an encounter with this groomer definitely can understand how frustrating this is as a pet ownerShe is clearly upset because the Revdex.com was contacted regarding this issueAn agreement signed years and not updated yearly should not be valid but again if a pet is that hard to handle refuse services but clearly money is a big factor with this company.A
