You will need to contact living social for your refund and you was informed of the cancellation fee that square up charges upon cancelling its right online and states that you have

This man purchased a 5hr deep cleaning on a occupied house with carpet cleaning when we got there the house was empty and smelled like dog urine through out the house the house was horrific and filthy with no cleaning for over at least a year baseboards was black this man had marks as high as feet
