As explained before, the initial appointment was set up for Monday, 7/ No one called or showed up I rescheduled for Friday, 7/ They did contact me to let me know of the car trouble At that time I rescheduled for Monday, 7/18, not Sunday Again, no one showed up or bothered to call me
The cleaner did have car trouble and we don't work on weekends so you should not been schedule on a Sunday you purchased you coupon through living social so you have to contact living social for a refund and they will give to you we only received $because they take percent for the advertising
so I can't refund you because you didn't go directly through usIf you have any other questions please email and we can further assist youSorry for the inconvenience
The question is why would you book online with your credit card if you purchased a voucher cleaning with living social? You will need to contact living social for your refund and you was informed of the cancellation fee that square up charges upon cancelling its right online and states that you have
to physically check the box saying you agree to the cancellation policy and you check it and you entered your information onlineSo you are responsible for the charge that square charged youyou had the opportunity to pay the $for the cleaning that you booked online with your credit card or to cancel you choose to cancel so if you want to dispute square up cancellation policy that you agreed to pay prior to putting in your credit info and booking onlineI have Attached screen shots of what the client have to agree to before booking onlineThanks and this matter is closed because she agreed when she booked online thanks
As we have told you in your last appointment we don't work on Sundays also you didn't pay us anything to clean you paid living social so you need to contact living social for a refundYour voucher is still available for your services through them since we have not cleaned your houseAgain you didnt pay us directly you paid living social so thats who need to contact for refundThank you
This man purchased a 5hr deep cleaning on a occupied house with carpet cleaning when we got there the house was empty and smelled like dog urine through out the house the house was horrific and filthy with no cleaning for over at least a year baseboards was black this man had marks as high as feet
tall scuffs on walls and crack no way a plastic hose will reach ft high doing carpets we told them we can do a move out cleaning it will be $extra do to fact the place was never cleaned and they said no him and his wife or the lady in charge that she only wanted hours of cleaning which we gave her she wanted us to do only what she paid which is current special we were running with living social hour of deep cleaning up to 2000sf and they didn't want to pay extra for carpet cleaning being the house is vacant when booking he said he live there is occupied and didn't want to pay extra on the pet stains said do what you can doSo why are they trying to get a refund when they bank already refunded them because they disputed the charge and leave nasty comments online and nasty voicemails about not doing a good job when they didn't pay for a complete vacant house cleaning to begin withI will not have nothing else to do with this obsurd ignorant person knowing they know they house was filthy nasty and needed a complete deep cleaning but wanted to be cheap and only pay for 5hr when 10hours was needed in the conditioner wasI'm done with this matter and will not reply back to him like I told him on the phone I will not be disrespected like I was before case close!!!!
