This company cleaned my house monthly for about the last six yearsThe quality of the cleaning had generally been good until about months ago when there was a personnel change and it declinedI tried to contact the ownerFinally, after repeated emails and phone messages, the owner called meShe said she would talk to the employee and if the service did not improve, she would send a different employee to clean my houseThe service did not improve, so a month ago I sent an email asking for another personThere was no response, so I sent several follemailsThere was no response until hours prior to the next monthly service, when I received an email stating that service is terminated Over the years I used this company, there were recurring problems with communications with the owner, but I continued to use the company because the cleaning was goodIn one case, the owner sent me this email the day before the scheduled monthly am service: "this email is to inform you that the ladies will be arriving at 11:A.Mto clean tomorrow." It felt disrespectful that I was told rather than asked, and that the notice was so short Now that both the quality of service and communications are poor, I cannot recommend using this company for housecleaning services
