We received your letter in regard to a complaint against our company. The prospective customer did call our office a couple of times and her calls had not been returned due to unforeseen events that had occurred. The service tech that generally sets the tanks had stepped on a wire and
run it through his foot, which became infected and medical attention was needed. The owner of the company started filling in for the service tech; therefore, was doing double duty trying to keep tanks set and service jobs completed. The location of the out of state property is in an owner finance subdivision where most of the purchasers wind up leaving because they end up owing twice as much down the road from what the original selling price was on their property. We have since quit doing business in that area. I realize she was dealing with no heat, but the end of September average temperature was around degrees and had it been cold weather would have been more of a priority. Al's Gas Company is not the only propane company that services the area as stated and when she was called back said she was already committed with another gas company.We are sorry about the circumstances that occurred during the prospective customer calls. There are just so many hours in a day

I am rejecting this response because:They never stated that anything was wrong with any employeesThey kept putting us off and putting us offWe called everyday for nearly weeks not just a couple of daysEach time we called we were told we would receive a call by the end of the dayActually toward the end of September and throughout the night the temperature continuously dropped near freezing temperaturesI have small children in my homeI want every potential customer to realize that Als propane is definitely not a reputable company, that they have a horrible system and that unless your a friend or family member they will let you and your children freeze to death if given the opportunityThis company is byistAs a new potential customer you should be treated with honesty and respectI have never left my bills unpaid and I don't skip out on my responsibilities no matter how minute or insignificant they may beJust because previous customers ripped you off does not mean each one will do soSo to the response from als propane, you are ridiculous and I cannot understand how you continue to run your mismanaged elstablishmentTo every employee who treated me with extreme and illtempered disrepect while allowing hope to linger... shame on you allI hope one day very soon karma returns the hardship upon you and your families.Sincerely,

My brother came out to my home and was able to get the gauge to move. I am sorry but I no longer am in need of Al's service and request this complaint to be closed
