The door's were installed properly she said her friend had "fixed "adjusted the door's,fixed mean's done,if someone else touched the door's normally that may void original warranty,Revdex.com please advise me,I am not trying to be difficult,during the install *** noted she wanted the tightest,tolerances to insulate,we had extreme temps,and over swelling,i'd be more than happy to resolve this,but I was told the problem was fixed,and I was only contacted one time.i'm sure the adjustment's were minor,most contractors charge and up for interior door,and for storm door,and I charged her,150,interior and 50,a discount off my price of 75.00,for storm door,each door.and installed as she wished,NO DRAFTS!TELL ME WHAT YOU'D LIKE ME TO DO AND I'LL TRY TO ACCOMPANY YOU.I don't know what else I can do,

I would like the outside screen door to be looked at so it should close during all seasons - cold Wisconsin weather or notMy friend shaved the interior door frame a bit on the top so my door could closedid nothing to the exterior door what so everHad he came over on the Sat that he stated he would, I wouldn't have had to get someone to fix my door so I could use it without forcing it open or closedTimeliness was an issueIf he really stands behind his work, why didn't he call or show up on that Sat to even look at the doorYes, I want doors to keep the draft out, that's why they are put onThe only adjustment to the screen door was the pull system on the bottom - that should of also had one installed on the topYes, I told him I would try it with one, however, maybe it truly requires twoAs far as the discount- he quoted me what he wanted for the doorsAt this point, I feel that I am truly paying for his "discount" because the doors could not handle working properly in a WI winterAll I want is my screen door to be operable in all weather conditionsI reject this response because it appears to be continuous excusesI have not received one call or contact to rectify the situationApparently I have gotten what I paid for- discounted work, discounted installation and workmanship

">I've tried repeatedly to open file,sent to me many way's,I could not recieve,so i'm replying to this,here,complaint number***,regarding this compain I was only contacleted by *** ***,one time in this regard's.when I finished said job it all was accceptable by her,they loved my work,when I called her,she only mentioned one door,in kitchen,she wanted tight tolerances onexterior doors which she didn't mention,to me,only kitchen,I told her i'd try and schedule,a sat,I was busy,no mention of anything else,ad now I see multiple issue's,with the tolerance's ,on all door's which she wanted to keep drafts out but I gave plenty room,do to extreme cold,this winter,everything including steet's buckled.her interior kitchen door,problebly,has other issue's,I cut the door down originally,worked great,she is problebly having other ssues do to her framework,which I did not insall,but cut down,did not rub at all!as far as exterior door's cement swelling do to cold,it has an adjustment plate on them,to adjust for those type problem's,all was installed properly.I cannot control weather.as far as garage door,when I took packaging off door(garage there was a dent on door from delivery) I offered to fill scratch which I did and yes told her i'd paint it for free,but was no charge,it wasn't part of contract.I only talked to her one time,then she texted me and said her friend,fixed the other door problem's then reported to Revdex.com.as far as operation at time she paid me in full.the install,was excellent by me.the install was interior door and for storm door.agai she only mentioned one door,kitchen.please contact me asap,and we'll go from there.Thank You Al's Handyman Service***
