We performed a job at this house to owners satisfaction !!!! We were contacted almost a year later that she had a cracked tile and the paint didn't look good after a year ! I responded times to this customer ! With no call back from customer ! I can not go to look at something if owner did no respond ! She did leave one message saying she had a phone issue and she would call us back ! Never did and I have emails that I responded to her with no answer ! So by writing this wasn't necessary ! We always are here to serve ! So call me and I will be happy to check it out ! Never was there any message about water ! Note I have your emails !! So please to say we were told this Call me we will look at it [redacted] Thanks mike

We will be happy to provide detail list of materials and warranty information as this wasn't requested upon signing contract As per the signed contract by [redacted] work was completedWe did extras to make owner's daughter happyStock materials were installed and required some customization to fit into bathroom spaceIt was necessary to have our Carpenter and Electrican come to your home who have the expertise to complete the jobWe will go to [redacted] to get the warranty details and upon getting those details we will mail them as per your requestRegards

Response to a complaint by [redacted] He clearly has his own version of events that took placeThis is what happened , my workers were sent out to purchase items that were not included in our installation costMy worker went out of his own pocket for items marble cus [redacted] fabricated Trim Moulding, valves and other items Note this was all paid after from [redacted] and he was well aware of cost which included our time plus materials we purchased Our time is not for free !! We had this conversation recently [redacted] said that he wants back % If [redacted] had a problem with the bill why did he wait year to complain? I'm very disturbed by this Also I am insulted by his accusations I gave him a great job ! We take pride in our business and communications Was great through the whole project !! Just because I believe in professionalism I will refund him a % credit , and that is the extent of my kindnessThank you Manager of operations [redacted] ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I asked for the invoice prior to making the final payment! I asked for an itemized list of items purchased and cost as well as warranty info and labor cost I was told by the owner that in years he's never provided an invoice after a job is completed
Again, all I'm asking for is an invoice for the job that was done with an itemized list of materials including cost of materials and labor and mailed to my home

This is the first I'm herring about this ! I will be happy to adjust what I need to on drain if it's a problem ! I will call this gentleman

I will contact Mike and have him come over and look at it. Yes it was over a year before I contacted him, I explained to him that first it was the holidays, and then my husband was seriously injured and I didn't have the time for him to come over and take a look, especially after my husband was home from hospital and rehab I didn't want him to have to deal with the situation, then husband ended up back in hospital for surgery and more time went by. The leaking of the water was happening the whole time into the garage, but we did not know where it was coming from until last week when my bathroom floor was filled with water coming out of the bottom of the toilet. There are many other issues with the work that was done, and partially my fault for not inspecting the job very well, I just wanted them out of my house at that time with the holidays approaching and having no bathroom for days. I will talk with Mike and try to work it out with him

I am rejecting this response because: My complaint is not about the quality of work or the fact that additional items were purchased by *** workers that were outside the scope of the signed agreementMy complaint is that I never received a detailed accounting of what was included in the $1,I was charged for the extrasI requested this information several times, and each time was told by *** that he would work on it and get back to meHe never didAll I got from *** was given verbally and included: extra insulation, the marble door and shower treads (not cus*** fabricated but purchased from *** ***), and toilet and sink shut off valvesThe cost of these items is less than $If you add labor to install the three additional marble corner shelves in the shower, It is still under $If *** can't give me an accurate, detailed accounting of the extra items/labor, I would like a 50% refund of the $1,I paid him

This is my final response to this complaint!! I have stated that a breakdown of money that was spent and time with the home owner was given to him and discussed at that time, note these items were bought buy several individual'sThe owner *** had no problem with this amount at this time It wasn't until job was completed and months went buy that he asked for another breakdown and I replied then like now I don't have all those numbers now since it wasn't my money or accounts that this was purchased with hence no copies He understood and agreed Now he is saying its dollars which is ridiculous and I am not in any position to recap purchased stuff a year later or refund money that is unjustified due to *** wishes I wish I could get half my money back on items I bought also but this is not real life Sorry I don't have any more time for this issueI have extendedA olive brach, whether or not Mr*** chooses to except it or walk away is totally up to him I stand firm on my offer of 10% that's it His request is unreasonable! ***
