Please see attachment for signed agreement. The check was sent to Ronald [redacted] by USPS. Being that he has not received the check we are going to reissue another check and send it out UPS next day.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to meI will shortly receive refund payment in the amount of $I disagree with the contents of the businesses message, as I did not slander them, nor did I sign any sort of "legally binding contract." I called numerous times to speak with the Manager/Owner and was never given a return call to resolve the issue until I threatened communicating with Revdex.com and getting a lawyerI spoke with the owner/Manager shortly before filing this complaint and she was unwilling to even consider refunding the money, no matter the circumstancesIt was not until I had filed the complaint and posted on social media that she was willing to refund the moneyThis was under the condition that I remove my bad reviewsOne of the values of social media is that a consumer who is dissatisfied can share his/her experience with othersIf the owner does not feel it is important enough to keep her customers satisfied until after a bad review is posted, shouldn't others know of this experience? I hope you post my experience with the business despite the acceptable resolution.
