The customer is not saying the truth because [redacted] was working and remembers well that this customer came in with a coupon 20% off around or with a baby in a stroller and he told him abou the one dollar charged on cards transaction and [redacted] explains that, it took extra time explaining the one dollar charge written on the counter in the front of customersespecially he didn't see this customer before, so [redacted] explaining that the customer said that he will complaintSo its indeed that the customer knew about it and he was angry about the one dollar chargeThank you

The customer is not saying the truth because *** was working and remembers well that this customer came in with a coupon 20% off around or with a baby in a stroller and he told him abou the one dollar charged on cards transaction and *** explains that, it took extra time explaining the one

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
[In the business owner's rebuttal to my claim, he
stated that I was aware of the $surcharge prior to making the transaction
I believe the sound minds of the Revdex.com will agree that this statement lacks
both merit and logic Clearly I would not have gone through all of this
trouble to be refunded had I known that the surcharge would have been added in
the first place The sign advising of the surcharge was written on a
piece of cardboard in a barely legible fashion, and was placed at the rear of
the counter It was not visible when I made the transaction since the
product I purchased blocked it from my field of view My resolution was a
simple one, namely to cancel the transaction and allow me the opportunity to
pay by cash Prior to visiting the store, I had read reviews claiming
that the business had not given adequate change back on transactions For
this reason, I had chosen to pay by credit card The cashier, ***, had
several opportunities to act in an ethical fashion Instead, he chose to
bring in added revenue by way of theft]
Regards,
*** ***
