After purchasing oil thru Al's for the past three/four years (this is on the spot market) today I waited all day (not the first time) and had to cancel dinner plans because of their poor scheduling I waited for my delivery all day long and when the oil truck finally guy showed up, around [redacted] ***, the driver was rude yp "me" because "I" was upset at how long he had taken and how no one contacted me that my delivery would be "LATE." Between the rudeness of the driver and the office staff, I called them up and told them I was canceling my relationship with them Customers shouldn't be treated like they're the ones who are wrong when a business messes up A sincere apology would have been sufficient I always thought that's the way business was supposed to work
I used Al's Oil for a complete upgrade on my heating systemI got a new Biasi boiler, new Riello burner, new Buderus indirect hot water heater, and a new 275-gallon oil tankDealt mostly with James (the owner) from the beginningHe was knowledgeable, professional, reasonable, and respectfulI also got an oil delivery from him because his prices were greatThe install went very smoothly, and they did an absolutely beautiful job for meEverything was installed in a way that it's very clean looking and as aesthetically pleasing as a boiler could beHis prices also beat the competition's which always helpsI would highly recommend this company for anyone's future heating needs
