The banks always make the final call of approval or declineIf we determine the customers credit worthiness may be sufficient to seek an approval, at that time we put a complete package together to submit to the bank.(including earnest money) we do not like to waste the the banks time just seeking approvals without a commitment to ownCommitment to own is based on money down At the time this all took place I did give the customer a phone call to explain the policies and procedures of our dealership but he would not take my call I personally have been in the R.Vindustry over twenty years and this is not an uncommon practice There has been no harm no foul Tracey [redacted] R [redacted] General Manager
