We have already responded multiple times to this homeowner about their wood floor concerns, we will do so one more time here and then turn the matter over to our legal department because we will not continue to answer the same concerns over and overThe floor has been looked at and worked on a couple of different times to try to get it to the liking of the home owners even though the concern on the floor is extremely minorWe have attempted to send back the wood floor company again to try to fix the minor flaw in the finish which is hardly noticeable, and the homeowner declined the service call because they want the floor entirely refinishedWe will not agree to refinish the entire floor because its a completely unreasonable request on a floor that more than meets industry standards and the home owners have been told we cannot achieve perfection, yet this is the standard of perfection that they are trying to demand What the buyers don't understand about the furniture repair specialist is that when it is a very small or minor repair, a furniture repair specialist who by the way has done wood floor repairs as part of his business for better than years, is paid a premium for these fixes and is an expert wood repair specialist and he has fixed it once, been offered to try again and it's still not good enoughThe same type of repair has been done many times in the past and has been more than acceptable by the home owners its been done forThe problem once again here is a standard of perfection in the home owners mind which cannot be achieved no matter what is doneThis is the same home owner which called to complain that a window we agreed to re-clean had never been cleanedWe in fact had sent cleaners to re-clean it and she emailed insisting it had not been done by our professional cleanersWe promptly responded to her that, in fact it had been cleaned and we had pictures of the window being cleaned to prove it, unfortunately we know we have to go to these lengths with this buyer to prove thingsOnce again this is evidence of the unreasonable standards the home owners are trying to insist uponUnfortunately some home owners can't be pleased not matter what level of service is provided

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:They are being dishonest, and have continually ignored my requests for a simple phone call to discuss Floor: the (one) expert that came to qualify the floor job is the same guy that did the job, no other Perry Home "experts" have seen my floor If the streaks were hard to see, I wouldn't have an issue, but they are visible enough to have people ask us what happened to the floor If they would have answered any of my five requests for a phone conversation, they would have learned that i've had two third-party experts give an opposite opinion; I was told the job was rushed, and not carefully doneConcrete: if they would have answered any of my multiple requests for a phone conversation they would have learned that my sinking began before I put my sprinkling system, or my yard in They would also learned that I don't have any sprinklers shooting toward the sinking area, nor do I water more than the city limit (2-times a week).Instead of just talking to me, I get canned legal responses and insulting emails Hardly the customer service that Perry proclaims Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Perry Homes has already responded to this concern and will not continue to do so again
